Partygoers who went to Kolour Beachside parties in Phuket last weekend are asked to go to a local hospital for a Covid-19 test. More than 3,000 people are attending the parties, drawing concern after one of the guests tested positive for Covid-19. All partygoers can get tested, according to a statement released by the Phuket Provincial Government and the Phuket Provincial Public Health Office yesterday.

Kolour parties at Shelter Phuket Dance & Night Club in Patong, Cafe Del Mar Phuket in Kamala, and Illuzion nightclub on Bangla Road in Patong was held from April 2 to 3. Those who attended are being asked to get tested.

The positive attendee is linked to a Bangkok nightlife infection cluster one were bar hopping is said to have contributed to the spread of Covid-19 in the Thong Lor area.

So far few days, the Phuket health chief has confirmed ten cases. The confirmed cases are linked to "entertainment clusters," according to health officials, of at least four cases linked to venues in Phuket and two in Thong Lor.
