According to the ‘Asian Correspondent’ -

‘Although Thailand is typically hot and sweaty in April, this year’s scorching weather has set a record for the longest heatwave in at least 65 years’.

We all know that this is Thailand’s hottest season and we have been trying to help give you advice on how to cool down (see below).

But now it has been confirmed! Wow, Thailand can actually have a ‘heatwave’!

Please make sure you all look after yourselves in this heat, avoid the midday sun, do as the thai’s do and take a siesta or relax and try to do most of your running around later in the day.

Another quote from the Asian Correspondent -

‘In the wake of the situation, animals at Bangkok’s zoo were being fed special frozen fruit pops while people are flocking to shopping malls just to soak up the air-conditioning’.

We know a lot of people hiding away in their air conditioning at the moment and we don’t blame you! Please also go around and share frozen lollipops and ice cream with your friends...

If you are out in the heat, wear sunscreen, don’t get burnt and make it doubly worse for yourself!

On the flipside though in the UK and Austria it has been snowing!

What would you prefer eh…?

Take care you wonderful Phanganist’s x
