For everyone wanting to apply for an extension to their stay in Thailand, the Surat Thani immigration will be coming to Koh Phangan next week on September 16, 17 & 18, so we do not have to go to Samui.
You can FILL OUT THIS ONLINE FORM and get a queue number for an appointment time and date for when the Immigration comes next week.
This is for people who have:
* Embassy letter requesting that you stay in Thailand for some reason
* Medical certificate proving that you're sick & have to stay in Thailand
Click this link from the Surat Immigration site and fill in the "application for extension of stay @ Koh Phangan" form with all your passport info and address etc... and you will automatically get a queue number.
Depending on what queue number you get, you will be assigned a certain day and time to go for your appointment.
