When was the last time you allowed yourself to truly play? In our aerial playshop, you'll swing, flip, and float, experiencing the joy and freedom that comes with defying gravity. It's a space where you can let go of adult responsibilities and embrace the wonder and creativity of your younger self. The hammock becomes your playground, enabling you to explore movements and positions that ignite your imagination and bring out your playful side.

✧ Wear the right outfit - leggings: Aerial Hammock Play can cause friction and rubbing on bare parts of the skin so it is advised to wear leggings below the knee and a tight t-shirt.
✧ Jewellery-free: Remove all jewellery for safety
✧ Make sure that you avoid having a heavy meal 2 hours before the class
