What is your role at The Holy Grill?
Ha-ha, the slave driver, the backbone, cleaning toilets, the accountant and pretty much the person everyone is afraid of. Oh and cleaning up after Hinch’s cooking!

What’s your favourite part of your job?
Being in the hammock Ha-ha. I like to talk people in, encourage them. I know I am very good at it, It’s the business talk, I give them the impression they want the food themselves not that I made them come in!

Where do you see The Holy Grill going?
Still doing the same but with more catering, parties and weddings. It is nice to do something else apart from the restaurant.

Do you have any funny customers?
We put a bowl in the middle of the table for the bones that you don’t want on the plate, some people take this bowl and fill it up with food!

What has been your favourite event?
Outlaws on Son Kran was good, we did a daytime bbq. I didn’t get wet and got to drink beer all day, I was on the safe side. Plus nobody wanted to throw water on the food.

What do you bring to The Holy Grill?
Inspiration for more different foods that Hinch can make and then I can clean up! And lots of crazy ideas!

What do you like to do in your free time?
I like reading books, going to the second hand market, visiting Thong Nai Pan and Than Sadet.

What do you live by?
He who does good gets good.
