Sambaihao, meaning three sisters, is located in Baan Tai near the largest gasoline station. You can access it from the main road, drive up the track and you are welcomed with a huge array of small and large plants, trees and flowers.
Owner Tik runs the garden business with not surprisingly...her daughters! Tik is originally from Ratchaburi and her husband is from Nakhon Si Thammarat. It was Tik’s sister that got her into gardening when she opened her business on Samui which Tik then learnt the trade from.
You can get lost in Sambaihao, wandering around the plants and flowers, many are available young and some more grown depending on your preference. All are extremely reasonable priced and you can ask Tik and her daughters for any information regarding their care.
Tik likes to work amongst the nature and plants and likes each one of them without a favourite. Having now run the business and lived on Koh Phangan for 14 years she feels very much at home.
